Due Diligence

Prior to their acquisition, we carry out a comprehensive review of the properties, calculating potential contingencies, minimizing risks and leading and ensuring the viability of the project in its technical, legal, urban and commercial aspects.

Planning and development

We carry out an economic and financial analysis of the project and structure its financing.

Project and construction

We carry out the integrated management of the construction project in all its phases, ensuring the stakeholder coordination and construction processes efficiency.

Supervision

We guarantee that the work is developed correctly in all its technical, urban and environmental aspects, always following the project specifications and the construction license.
